Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance and cardio/aerobic exercise in a series of routines set to popular music. The hour class starts off slowly with stretching and isolation movements, gradually working in dance and cardio elements. The routines are designed for all levels – from beginners to advance so don’t be afraid. Bring a buddy and get that heart rate up!
Feel free to bring in weights to use as extra strength-training any time during class.
